I have completed 12th from commerce. I want to join aviation industry as a ground staff or airport manager. Should I do BBA in aviation?

Yes, BBA aviation is the right field of choice to settle in the aviation industry. It is growing sector and will fetch you job if you work hard during your academics. It is suggested to pursue BBA in aviation in order to work in airports as a staff.
