i have completed 12th science and after that completed diploma in comp so can i apply for mca

for MCA you must graduate with 50% marks and maths as a subject in 12 level. on this criteria you are not eligible for the admission in MCA

no you can not do MCA for MCA you have to do graduation degree , you can take admission in Btech lateral entry after diploma , and if you do betch then btech also equilent to MCA
