You may appear for NDA examination conducted by UPSC twice a year. You are also eligible for Technical branch entry in Army and Navy without NDA. You may look at Army and Navy website for further information.

Firstly I want to say that if you loved math then the best option for you . is, one IIT even if you have an interest in math then you can do it. but I think you should be fortunate for defense.
