I have completed 12th with 64% and I got 6 band in IELTS but I have got 37 marks in English. Am I eligible to receive the visa?

Dear King,
A student visa requires you to first apply to a program and be accepted by the university. You cannot apply for a visa unless you have the admission offer. Admission requirements vary with universities and programs, you must check individual university websites for information such as mi
