I have completed 12th with 70%.My AIEEE rank is 96842 nd i haven't given UPESEAT and not even applied for it by now.can i get admission now?

I want to take admission in University of Petroleum and Energy Studies. But haven't given the Aptitued Test...and im not even registered yet.. and i wanna do B.TECH in Petroleum Engineering.. So is there any chance i can get admission now by AIEEE councelling???
