    Hi,
    You are fully eligible for English literature hons. course. Many prestigious and government university provide this course. Delhi University offer this course under graduation level. You can apply there.

    You asked for MBA from Chandigarh University, right? YES. You can apply. Anyone from any field can do MBA.
    You are eligible to apply for the same if you have scored atleast 60% in Graduation. Chandigarh University conducts its own entrance exam 'CUSAT'.
    The entrance test holds 60% weightage while the graduation score holds 40%.
