I have completed 2 semesters from Punjab technical university and now I want to change the university as they don’t have the subject for specialization In which I interested . Is this possible to change the university or this will effect my degree. Pls suggest and guide.

Hi, Transfer procedure and criteria differs from college to college so, it would be always advisable to contact the institute officials of both the colleges directly for specific and updated knowledge regarding the transfer norms. Thanks
