As for the last year you need to find out the subject in which you have to do specialisation as the main stream in which you want your bachelors degree and it is compulsory for the completion of your Bachelors degree.

Go to your college and ask them what is the main stream they are offering for the final year and find out if you have interest in that or not. Or basically look more the demand in the Physics field and than select your subject.
