I have completed 3 year Diploma course. From Electrical branch. What should I prefore now I want to do any job After that will do B.Tech.

Do. B.Tech in EEE. I think you may get B.Tech through lateral entry means directly to the 2nd year 3rd sem, so after 3 years your B.Tech will complete and you can get a job.
