I have completed 5-year integrated B.Tech in four years with 11 backlogs and 63.5%. Can I pursue my higher studies from Canada?

If you have 10 backlogs then probably engineering is not a good choice for you. Also, most good Universities won't consider you unless you give them a "passed" transcript for all subjects and semesters. I'm talking about good universities. If you really have some good projects and high quality work

With 11 backlogs, I am afraid you cannot. Even if some college do grants you an admission there is no visa chance in your case. Try a lesser competitive country, may be in Europe.
