i have completed b.com 58% but 1 sub backlog in 1sem [hindi] can i able to join mba in rims

dear student as per my information the failure in last semester/year of course is called fail and in between course is called backlog. if you have completed B Com then you are fail and not backlog. please understand correct terms and for MBA you have to be minimum graduate (Complete & Pass)
