I have completed B.Com and looking forward for a career in HR. looking 4 a distance course in HR. which wud be best PGDBA or PGDHRM?

Iam working as a HR executive in a medium-scale company for now and looking to increase the knowledge and skills so that career growth is easily achieved. So whats in my mind is to either pursue PGDBA-HR or PGDHRM from SCDL. So what is the standing of these courses in industry?

Dear Shikha, As you are very specific in Human Resource go with PGDHRM, its the right course for you, If you pursue PGDBA(Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration) it gives you a platform to enter into Admin activities of any organisation, where as, PGDHRM(Post Graduate Diploma in Human R
