As per the rules by NTA a candidate can choose the subject for UGC NET in which they have completed their Masters. In your case you have completed your Masters in commerce so, going with the rule you have to choose Commerce subject, not Management. NTA conducts UGC NET twice in a year in the month of June and December. For June session, application window has been closed. But you can go for the December session.
