I have completed B.Com and want to study in USA except MBA. What should I study for a successful career? I scored 86% in B.Com.

You must have studied Business Mathematics (aka Quantitative Methods) and Statistics in B.Com. Why don't you enroll in a course in Microsoft Power BI (Business Intelligence) in India to prepare yourself for a career in Data Analysis. Once you get a good knowledge in BI, apply for a MS in Business An
