    Yes, you are eligible for UPSC exam. But there are some eligibility criteria which you need to fulfill in order to appear for UPSC exam. Some I have mentioned below and you can refer to the UPSC notification for detailed information. Nationality for IAS exam: Must be a citizen of India, a person of Indian origin or a subject of Nepal, Bhutan or Tibet settled in India before 1st January 1962. Education Qualification for IAS exam: Candidate must hold a Graduate Degree from a recognised University. UPSC Civil Services Exam Age Limit: Candidate must be a minimum of 21 years of age and must not be more than 32 years of age. Category wise UP

    Yes, any degree (graduation). It may be regular or distant. The candidate must hold a degree of any of Universities incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India or other educational institutions established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under Section-3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956, or possess an equivalent qualification.

    Hello Dear, For UPSC you need to be a graduate from UGC recognised institutions. So you can definitely participate in UPSC examinations.

    Hello, UPSC Exam Details: Eligibility
    For the IAS IFS & IPS, a candidate must be a citizen of India. For the IRS and other services, a candidate must be one of the following:
    A citizen of India.
    *a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Myanmar, Sri Lanka, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia or Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.
    UPSC Exam Details: Educational Qualification.

    Hi Shweta,
    Yes, you are eligible for UPSC Exam.
    As per the official notification released by UPSC, candidates who have completed their graduation degree from university or institute recognized by government are eligible to appear in UPSC exams.
    There are other eligibility criteria that candidates must fulfill to be eligible as follows:
    Nationality: Candidates should have certificate for Indian nationality.
    Age limit: Candidates should be from 21 to 32 years old to apply for the exam.
    Educational: Graduation degree
    No. of Attempts: General category candidates can appear max. 6 time for UPSC exam and OBC category candidates can appear for 9 ti
