As per the official notification released by UPSC, candidates who have completed their graduation degree from university or institute recognized by government are eligible to appear in UPSC exams.
There are other eligibility criteria that candidates must fulfill to be eligible as follows:
Nationality: Candidates should have certificate for Indian nationality.
Age limit: Candidates should be from 21 to 32 years old to apply for the exam.
