You can start working with any small consultancy firm, as being a B.Com graduate you have sufficient knowledge about taxation and accounting. Gain some experience and then go for MBA. With few months of work experience it will give you advantage in MBA over the other Freshers, who are without any work experience, during your placements. In my opinion you should join a good B-School and get an MBA degree or you can either go for competitive exams if you wish for a job. You can prepare for railway jobs or bank jobs, etc. Or, if you wish to study further, you can go for M.Com CA CS ICWA, etc.
