I have completed b com n from past 2 years i am studying i c w a i but i am not qualified.and now i want to go for a job.Will i get a job?

I completed B com in 2008 and after that i have been studying ICWAI but i have not completed yet.And now i want to work in some good MNC's.Will i be able to get a job ? And how much do u think they would pay me ? And what should i focus much upon if i have to get a job ?
