If you wish to go for job then start preparing for bank exams for bank job
You can get accounting job if you do tally , excel or SAP course
there are sales jobs as well open for bco
You can go for post graduation course like mba and CFA
You can try certificate course like CFP or CCRA

Defence I really dont know
I guess navy or Intelligence like IB or RAW is good career
