Well you must try getting in PMIR course of XLRI or MBA in HR from MDI, SCMHRD, NMIMS etc. These campuses are the most coveted HR oriented ones. -

If you are planning to join HR then you should opt for diploma course in Social Work, PR, Human Psychology etc. depending on your interest.
