I have completed b.pharm and got registered in pharmacy council too. now what legal procedures have to follow to open new chemist shop.

After registration with pharmacy council of India as pharmacist select a shop and apply in shop act for shop registration and than with the registration number of shop apply for food and drug department for the licence of chemist shop.
