I have completed B.Sc (Hons) in computer science. What should I do next: M.Sc, MCA or MBA?

Dear,
Based on your interest and skill you are to proceed. If you are interested in Managerial jobs, go for MBA. If you do think of prosperity in Academic field go for M.Sc. Else pursue MCA if your intention is working in IT industry. Best wishes.
