You have to go for IELTS and if you crack it then you will be eligible for most of the countries. If you give GRE along with IELTS then you will be eligible for all the countries.

Since you have 15 years of education, the best country to pursue M.Sc in biotechnology is Australia. You need to appear for IELTS exam with the score 7 or 7.5 to get in good universities.

The fee structure depends on which country you are going to study. For Australia, it will range from 12-15 lacs per year.

It depends on the country for which are you aspiring for, further exams are chosen. Furthermore, if you wish to go to USA for STEM courses you have to appear for GRE and TOEFL but if you wish to go for countries like Canada and European countries, they demand just reasonable IELTS score (6.5/9).
