i have completed b.Sc in nautical science under IGNOU programme can i give R.A.S. exams

i have completed my degre Bsc in nauical science from ignou, i am in merchant navy. i have passed 12th from cbse board from science with 82% in pcm. i want to prepare for RAS exams . can i go on with this degree, is this degree valid or not? pls reply

    Hi,
    RAS is Rajasthan Administrative Service Examination, conducted through Rajasthan Public Service Commission just like IAS conducted by UPSC.
    1. Eligibility-
    An Indian National Citizen
    A graduate in any discipline from a recognized university and
    In the age limit of 21-30 years
    2. This Exam has two stages Preliminary & Final. Prelim Exams are held in the month of May /June whereas final Exams are held in October/November of every year.
    3. Two papers in prelims- Reasoning Aptitude and English Comprehension. Main exam is entirely subjective.
