Yes, you should definitely pursue this course. It would be very beneficial for you. After completing MBA, you will have a complete corporate profile and thus you will get very good jobs. -
This would depend a lot on your personalty traits & interest areas. Each MBA specialisation needs specific personality traits for excelling in the profession say if you are outspoken and like traveling, meeting people, take target pressure then Marketing could be a preference & is you are a peoples person wherein you like counseling people and act as an advisory & wants a desk top job bonded by rules & regulations then HRM will be exciting so do evaluate your inherent personality traits and then take a call.

Yes, of course, it is a great approach as you have completed your degree (with at least 60% aggregate) you would be a year ahead of engineering lot, who are in a huge amount in Management.
