Go through IIT JAM entrance.It will take you to the reputed IISc, IITs, NITs and various central universities in India for your M.Sc or integrated M.Sc and Ph.D. Just imagine, if you've done Masters from IITs or NITs, there's no alternative to that. Good luck.
