I have completed B.Sc. Which subject should I choose for M.Sc? My subjects in B.Sc include zoology, botany and chemistry.

I think, chemistry will be the best option. It's scope is increasing in India.

You should go either for M.Sc with Bio-tech from a top college like Hyderabad, or you can join M.Sc With chemistry or zoology, now a days biotech is more in demand.
