Yes you are. To be eligible for a 3-year LL.B. Course in India, the basic eligibility criteria is to have completed a Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised university or board. Yes, surely you are eligible for 3 year LLB Course. You just need to check the percentage criteria for university you wish to apply.

For getting admission in LLB, Candidate must have to pass graduation. For general category, minimum 45% is required in graduation and 40% for reserved category.

I think you know B.Tech is a graduation course and as per eligiblity criteria for LL.B. Eligiblity is that candidate must be graduated. So, you have completed your B.Tech so this means you are eligible for LL.B.

LLB Eligibility: Aspiring candidates should have scored a minimum pass percentage either at the 12th level or graduation level. The percentages are 45% marks for General category, 42% for OBC and 40% for SC/ST categories.

Yes, you are eligible if you have scored minimum 50% in your B.Tech degree. Also, only 3yr law is available to you and not a regular 5 year law.
