I have completed b.tech(cse) and going to do mba(marketing) in upcoming years.In which field should i search for job IT or Marketing?

My future specialization will be MBA (marketing) but currently i am an engineer.For the sake of my future which field's work-ex will have more positive impact on my career whether of IT industry or of marketing.Will it be a good option for me to switch to my current stream and join marketing job?

    I.T is a sector, marketing is a role from career seekers point of view. You can opt for MARKETING PROFESSION IN I.T SECTOR. In this way you can be in touch with both the fields together. I.T marketing is a very glamorous and interesting job.

    Previously when i checked the minimum work experience for Executive MBA, it was two years, and now i check, its been mentioned as 3 years for most of the institutes. Why is this change ?
