I have completed B.Tech. I have backlogs in B.Tech. Can I pursue UG abroad?

Hello Arun,
You say you have completed B Tech studies but have backlogs. This means you have not cleared. I would strongly advise you to take extra efforts, take tutions but convert this obstacle into an opportunity to score good marks in these backlog papers to eventually get good grading for your
