Suggest me some institutions for this subjects.
or should i go for m.tech and later go for couching to the subjects for civils.

Go for Political Science, it will help you more in CSE

Mahesh by allmeans you can do M.A. in pol. science it will help you to pass civil service exams. for this various universities offers distance educarion. after your pg in pol sci you can go fro civil service coaching centers to the sucess
