I have completed B.Tech with 8.2 CGPA. I took IELTS exam and scored overall 6 band. Can you suggest some universities abroad for MS?

You should get the admission in Manipal University, Amity University, and Delhi.
Or
You also get the admission in IIT and BITS, but to get admission in IIT and BITS, you have to clear GATE, but keep this thing in your mind, GATE is a very tough exam. All the best.
