I have completed BA I & BA II year but i have not completed final year can i complete my graduation in this condition from IGNOU (Mukesh)

Dear Mukesh.This process is called credit-transfer cases but according to the new rules IGNOU or any university is not providing these type of course so u can continue your course from the same university where u complete ur I and II year.within 5 year of ur joining date.
