I have completed BA in English through distance with 3rd-class. Can I apply for the BA in journalism & mass media (regular) course abroad?

Dear,
With this percentage, it's quite difficult to get a good university aboard for Masters in journalism.
If you have a good percentage in class 12th then with your SOP letter, IELTS/TOEFL score, there could be a chance.
You need to consult with a particular country education consultant for this

With your graduation percentage, it's very difficult to refer any country or university. So you need to check other options in India in distance mode only or check abroad on the basis of class 12th percentage.
