I have completed Bachelors in engineering. I had a total of 11 backlogs. Can I pursue Master's degree from Canada?

Hello Kushal,
Where there is a will, there is a way. Yes, it may be difficult but I don't it's impossible. Institutions abroad have invariably different criteria. I would advise you to approach an agency that deals with sending students to Canada.
