I have completed bachelors in mechanical engineering with 69%. which all universities in germany can i apply for masters in automotive eng.
Which is the best university that i can get with 69% mark. i have completed my 10th and +2 under cbse with 86% and 76% resp. when should i apply.

Better you should prepare for GATE because if you go for abroad for ms you have the average academic record so that you won't get top colleges.so prepare for GATE so that you can get admission in Admission in Anna University,Delhi technological university are the top universities having Auto mobile,
