Hello Santanu,
A graduate with a B.Ed is not considered eligible to apply for teaching in Higher Secondary Schools or Colleges. As you have mentioned that you want to teach management, the subject is taught either in the higher secondary level or in colleges offering degree programs. Therefore, in order to be eligible to teach in HS level, you must hold a Masters degree. Apart from that, you will also have to qualify Teacher Eligibility Test conducted State as well as on National Level.

If you want to apply for B.Ed, you can certainly do so, but as far as teaching in concerned, you will be only eligible to apply for teaching in class I-VIII.
