I have completed BBS and placed in a firm as payroll processor. What are the Financial courses that could be helpful for my career growth.

Its been 1.5 years I am placed in a company as a payroll processor. I want to pursue Executive MBA but since it requires an experience of atleast 3 years, in the mean time I want to do some financial courses that could help me to excel my knowledge as well as career.
