I have completed BCA from Sambalpur university on 2011 as a distance mode, I want to do MCA course as a full time ,Please advice on the procedure for admission into 2011 session with course fees.

I think you are not eligible for regular mca course full time. you can do your mca from IGNOU. Visit www.ignou.ac.in for complete details.
