You may go for PGDM-Part-time from XIMB if you want to continue in the same job and earn a degree simultaneously
The minimum requirements for admission to the three-year part-time PGDM programme are:
1. A three-year Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in any discipline from a recognised University
