i have completed bcom with pgdca can i study mca with mcom as dual course

Which university is offering this dual certification. Two regular degrees as you know cannot be pursued simultaneously. Even if one is i distance mode, there is a possibility of clash of exam dates

no two degree in one time slot is not permited

You can study but make sure that you do not time it such that you get two degrees in the same academic year.
