I have completed BE. I want to join MBA but I have two arrears in BE. Am I eligible for the same?

You can clear those arrears and can join MBA in an Institute. If you do some other degree, it is like starting you whole thing from first. So, it is better to get rid of those two arrears and get your BE completion certificate.
