i have completed BE in elect & telecom in 2001 & i am working in BSNL as jr telecom officer,since 2003.in different fields like broadband,GSM,switches etc.which course wll be suitable for me to switch my carrier to IT field,and my 7years telecom experience wll be counted.

Though it's not recommended to switch between your domains on the basis of short term courses when you are already having a nice amount of experience .
Still if you want to switch, then here are the possible options that will still let your experience count:
