I have completed BMLT in 2020-2023 season from Adamas University Kolkata. Can a BMLT student apply for Msc in Microbiology in 2024?

Definitely Yes, you can apply for Msc in Microbiology after BMLT.
For better job opportunites i would suggest you to pursue 3 years MSc in Medical Microbiology as it has self empolyement opportunities as well.
But you may have to fall under some eligibility requirements that is:
1) A bechelor's degree in a relevant subject such as microbiology and biology.
2) You must have a minimum marks of 55% in your BMLT
