I have completed BMS and want to pursue CA. Please guide me whether i have to start from CA-CPT or i can pursue with IPCC
I have completed graduation in management studies and i am looking to pursue CA. Currently i am working in a MNC bank. Please guide me whether i have to start from CA-CPT or i can pursue with IPCC. Also let me know the minimum duration of articleship i have to do for appearing CA finals.

You can go for New CA-Intermediate course through direct entry scheme of ICAI if your percentage in graduation is 55%, since you are a commerce graduate.
You have to do 3 years of articleship but you can give CA-Final after 2 and 1/2 year of articleship.

CPT exemption is for :
Any Commerce Graduate with 55% marks or more
Non Commerce Graduate with 60% marks or more
CWA and CS inter passed students.
You can follow the procedure mentioned below-
* Register/Enroll for Integrated Professional Competence Course (IPCC)
* Complete 9 months of Study
