I have completed BSc Nursing 1st year. How can I switch to distance or online mode for the rest of the course?

Currently, I am in my semester 3 of BSc Nursing in a college in Bangalore, but due to some family issues my parents are not willing to send me to Bangalore again.

No, you can not switch to distance or online mode for the rest of the course because Indian Nursing Council (INC) does not allow anyone to pursue BSc Nursing to be offered through distance or online mode as it requires hands on training.
