i have completed BscIT from niit ,which course is better for me mca, mba.msc or any other

Madam MCA & MSC both are good for you for higher study but set your goal that u make speclization which u study with hard work n learn it all the best

if you want your career into IT then MCA is opt. if you have management desire then go for MBA(systems or IT).
