You should join B.Tech-CSE which is ever growing field and lot of job opportunities are there in coming years as demand is very high but the supply of professionals is less. You can specialize in fields you mentioned or other fields in the domain of CSE. You would need to join a good institution to pursue B.Tech in CSE.
