i have completed CA-IPCC, i want to join in SAP FICO. is it mandatory to complete degree for graduating in SAP. please give me some details.

There is no requirement of any degree to become SAP consultant. Since you have Accounts and finance background, you can make career in SAP FICO comfortably. You can take training and do a live project in FICO and become a functional consultant.
