Hi Amit,
Only a course in CCNA can not lend you a job in UK, you need to have the right kind of Educational qualification for e.g. an Engineering degree in IT or Computer Science Engineering etc. Moreover, the rules and regulations in UK for working professionals are pretty tough and it is not easy
