Yes, there are many colleges for that. You can get lateral entry in B.Tech after your Diploma. Good luck.

It is very nice to hear from you that you are thinking of doing your graduation even if on part time basis. However, it means that you are working someplace. Hence it follows that you must select college available there. I am sure you would definitely know different colleges in your city. Just approach that to check availability of part time course.
